Luxury bright 4+1 apartment in Prague’s Strašnice district
Spacious 4+1 apartment for rent, 117 m² + 3 m² balcony and private parking space – Prague 10, Strašnice
I am offering a beautiful and exceptionally spacious 4+1 apartment for long-term rent, with a total floor area of 117 m², situated on Radošovická Street in the heart of Prague’s Strašnice district.
The apartment includes a 5.7 m² balcony and a private parking space in the building’s courtyard, which is already included in the monthly rent.
Layout and furnishings
The centrepiece of the apartment is the beautiful, bright and generously proportioned living and dining room, measuring 33.9 m². It offers plenty of space for both relaxation and entertaining.

The living room is connected to a separate kitchen measuring 7.5 m².

The apartment also offers three separate rooms, a bathroom with a toilet, a walk-in wardrobe and two hallways with extensive built-in storage space. Original interior features have been preserved, highlighting the apartment’s distinctive character.
The apartment is rented partially furnished.
The separate bedroom, measuring 13 m², is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and an extensive set of built-in wardrobes offering ample storage space. The furnishings also include an open wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The furniture is coordinated in colour and materials and complemented by delicate glass details. The wooden floor, wall panelling behind the bed and wall-mounted lighting create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
Another bright, separate room measuring 13 m² has direct access to the 5.7 m² balcony.

The room is furnished with a sofa, a desk and chair, small occasional furniture and lighting. It can be used as a children’s room, home office, guest room or additional bedroom.
The balcony offers views over the surrounding rooftops and the Strašnice neighbourhood. It is equipped with a retractable awning, providing pleasant shade on sunny days. It is an ideal place for your morning coffee, relaxation or growing plants.

The third separate room, measuring 20.6 m², is spacious and bright, with a large window and wooden flooring.
When the apartment is handed over, the room will be free of movable furniture. Only the large built-in wardrobe and desk will remain. The future tenant can therefore furnish the room according to their own needs—for example, as a children’s room, home office or additional bedroom.

The spacious and bright bathroom, measuring 6.2 m², is equipped with a bathtub, glass screen and shower fitting, allowing it to be comfortably used for showering as well.
The bathroom also includes a toilet, a large vanity unit with two washbasins, storage cupboards and a large wall-mounted mirror.
Additional comfort is provided by a heated towel rail, practical bathroom shelving and a window offering natural daylight and ventilation. The bathroom is finished with light stone-effect tiles.

Or perhaps like this? :))))

Please note that the mermaid is not included in the rental.
The main hallway, measuring 14.5 m², conveniently connects the different parts of the apartment. The layout also includes a separate walk-in wardrobe measuring 3.3 m².

A second, separate hallway measuring 4.7 m² is located in front of the room with the balcony and the rear room, giving both rooms greater privacy.
This hallway is fitted with extensive built-in storage units suitable for clothes, household items and seasonal equipment.

The building and communal areas
The building immediately stands out thanks to its unusual architectural design, which is also reflected in the apartment’s original floor plan.

This is not ordinary, uniform housing, but an apartment with its own atmosphere and distinctive architectural character.
The building has a lift. Tenants may also use the shared pram and bicycle storage room on the ground floor, which is suitable, for example, for storing a child’s pram.
Strašnice is an established and highly sought-after Prague neighbourhood, combining peaceful residential living with excellent amenities and convenient access to Prague city centre.
The surrounding area offers shops, restaurants, schools, nurseries, healthcare facilities and numerous opportunities for sport and leisure.
Excellent public transport connections are provided by the nearby Radošovická tram stop, located approximately a one-minute walk from the building. Tram No. 22 offers a direct connection to Strašnická station on Metro Line A. Strašnická metro station is approximately 900 metres away, around a 10-minute walk, while Skalka metro station is approximately 1 km away, around a 13-minute walk.
Another significant benefit is the planned development of the surrounding area. Within approximately 18 months, the new Dražní Kolonáda promenade is expected to further enhance the attractiveness and prestige of the neighbourhood, creating a pleasant public space for walking, relaxation and leisure activities.

Tenant selection and contractual terms
Prospective tenants will be asked to complete an applicant questionnaire. The questionnaire will be used to assess the number of occupants, the intended use of the apartment, the anticipated duration of the tenancy and the applicants’ ability to pay the rent properly and on time.
Based on the completed questionnaire, suitable applicants will be shortlisted. Tenants will be selected with an emphasis on reliability and a genuine interest in long-term accommodation.
Completing the questionnaire does not in itself create any entitlement to enter into a tenancy agreement. The final tenant will be selected by the landlord.
The contractual documentation will include a Czech notarial deed containing consent to direct enforceability in the event that the tenant fails to vacate and properly return the apartment to the landlord on time after the tenancy has ended. Acceptance of this condition is mandatory for entering into the tenancy agreement.
The apartment is intended for long-term rental and is strictly non-smoking.
Its generous layout, balcony, extensive storage space, private parking and location in the popular Strašnice district create comfortable and pleasant living of a kind rarely available in this area.

I have been working in real estate since 2005, when I helped in our family business and operated primarily in North Bohemia – in Teplice, Ústí nad Labem, Litoměřice and the surrounding areas. Even after that chapter of my life came to an end, my professional activities continued to be guided by respect for my clients and a highly professional approach.
Life moved on, and eventually I returned to real estate…
This time, it was my long-time friend and former classmate Zuzka Radová who brought me back into the property business. One thing led to another, and before I knew it, I was riding the real estate wave again. In fact, she brought me back to where I truly belong.
Recently, I was describing how I photographed properties and prepared their marketing materials back in 2005. It was rather amusing – I felt like a grandmother telling her grandchildren a fairy tale. Progress cannot be stopped, and that is exactly as it should be. Today’s property presentation possibilities are incredible, and I am grateful that we can make full use of them.
When preparing property presentations, I work primarily with my trusted partner, Daniel Daič. He is an excellent photographer who professionally photographs each property, creates videos, captures the surrounding area and, thanks to his certification, also produces aerial drone footage. His services also include professional 2D and 3D property floor plans.
Jana Krátká Rybínová from Rybka Design assists me with property preparation and professional home staging. Together, we prepare each interior so that it feels welcoming and harmonious, allowing its greatest strengths to stand out both in photographs and during in-person viewings. After all, first impressions are often decisive.
And what else can I add?
I am simply myself. I do my work with love, heart and common sense. I am also the mother of two grown-up children, Jake and Zoe. My canine companions Freya and Andy are an inseparable part of our family, as is our cat Mikeš. Balancing family, work and everyday life in a way that creates harmony can sometimes be – believe me – very hard work.
I value every client and approach each of you individually, because every one of you is unique – just like the homes you create and later decide to sell or purchase.
What can I do for you?

Are you concerned about a possible language barrier? We can manage that together as well. We can certainly communicate in Czech 😊, as well as in English and Russian. If that is still not enough, we also have Italian, French and Spanish covered. Do not worry – we will always find a way to understand each other, even if we have to use our hands and gestures. 😊
Would you like to get to know me? Please do not hesitate to call or write to me.
I look forward to meeting you and wish you all a wonderful day.
